Remember Me?

Have you ever had one of those friends you haven't called in a while and then you start feeling guilty about calling, so you put off calling even longer because you know they will want to know why you haven't called and when you tell them it will just sound like empty excuses so you put off calling even longer to try to avoid feeling more guilty and before you know it you decide you can never, ever speak to them again for fear of being a complete and total loser?

That would be me.

A complete and total LOOOO-ZER.

More than a month since my last post. And every time I sit down to blog I can't deal with the guilt so I avoid it altogether.

So let me just sum up in the last month in a nutshell for you.

Two words: Algebra Sucks.

I spent six...count 'em...SIX freaking hours on Algebra yesterday only to score a record-breaking 62 percent on my quiz.

I hate Algebra and I hope whoever invented it died a slow, painful death.

Just when I think I'm getting it, turns out I'm not. It's like that bi-polar friend who loves me one day and hates me the next. But the college won't let me cut her off because I have to have her for my degree.

Stupid degree.

Remind me again...why am I doing this?

I feel your pain. I struggled with the same Algebra class from 11th grade (failed it),12th grade (got a "D"), sophomore year ("F")and my junior year I got a "D". I think my professor felt sorry for me. I am SO sorry but, glad you are getting it out of the way NOW!

Sorry you're having a rough go of it, but glad that you dropped a line. I was beginning to think you quit blogging (again).

I am so sorry you are having such a terrible time with it. But, I do think you are living a wonderful example to your children. You should be praised for this alone. Don't give up!

I am so glad to see you posting again. I wondered if everything was ok.
I am sorry about the algebra. I am not a math person either. Give me literature, creative writing or speaking or anything with words and not numbers! www.christianbook.com has some awesome algebra help books. Maybe one of those can help you out.

i just want to say i love that you don't blog too often...cause then when i finally check your site again i don't have to catch up on too much reading!! hehe

umm...i had 2 classes left to get my degree after having a baby and it took me 18 months to get through my online statistics class...you can do it! it's sooooo worth getting that paper that says you completed college and to frame it and be able to mark the college graduate box while filling out forms for the doctor's office records..
