Supermom Strikes Again!

I have this great recipe for popsicles using Kool Aid and Jell-O. You can use any flavor of each. I wasn't thinking of what color orange and lime make when I made these. They came out an interesting brown-green-yellow color...like diarrhea. MMMMMM. Poop-sicles.

  3. So what's the recipe? (I mean other than the obvious combine the kool-aid with the jello - I'm hopelessly addicted to exact directions...)

PS - I haven't posted here before, but I've been reading for a few days. And you make me laugh. out. loud.

  4. Hey, Megan! Thanks for your comment. Here's the recipe:
    1 pkg. Kool-Aid (any flavor)
1 pkg. Jell-O (any flavor, though I do like to try to pick flavors that seem appealing together, otherwise you end up with afore-mentioned "poop-sicles"...or worse)
    1 cup sugar
    2 cups boiling water
    2 cups cold water

Combine Kool-Aid, Jell-O and sugar. Stir in boiling water until dissolved. Stir in cold water; pour into molds (or dixie cups with popsicle sticks) and freeze. The great thing about these popsicles is they don't melt as quickly. Maybe the Jell-O? Enjoy!!
