It sounds really fun in theory but I didn't last 3 seconds listening. How sweet of you to try to enjoy the experience. And, on behalf of your friend, I always see things and give them as gifts when I haven't ever tried them. I probably have some mothers saying choice things about me too!heartsjoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02767963530953394445noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18378633.post-84969259796935855842008-05-06T23:43:00.000-05:002008-05-06T23:43:00.000-05:00As I was reading your post I was thinking it would...As I was reading your post I was thinking it would be a great thing to get my son for his birthday. Then I played your clip. I must have had the volume up too loud because the kids ran in from the other room asking what that noise was!Chelseahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00674146222295383800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18378633.post-24882145987089980202008-05-02T21:41:00.000-05:002008-05-02T21:41:00.000-05:00Aw, now I want a rock tumbler!Aw, now I want a rock tumbler!Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16888125796129754219noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18378633.post-83026631573156622382008-04-28T22:48:00.000-05:002008-04-28T22:48:00.000-05:00Thanks for the laugh. It is a lot of fun to watch the rocks slowly transform from dirty and rough edged, to shiny and clean. I hope brother enjoys it. (BTW, my son just turned nine last Saturday.)VJhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16158560499937846513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18378633.post-35743833481217400952008-04-20T10:18:00.000-05:002008-04-20T10:18:00.000-05:00First let me say "Thank YOU!" You should send her a thoughtful thank you gift, if she has kids, I would send whistles or a one of those horns that blows when they squeeze it...

Enjoy your rock tumbling. It looks really cool. I quickly learned that the rock tumbler should only be operated in the workshop and NOT in the house. It was a lot of fun watching the rocks transform andd she did get to make a lot of cool stuff out of them.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18378633.post-62669359341368624562008-04-16T13:13:00.000-05:002008-04-16T13:13:00.000-05:00I've always wondered if these things really work. ...I've always wondered if these things really work.
